E-bid Information Request Form

Our new e-bid process allows you, the consumer, the ability to shop our products and services without having to schedule an initial "high-pressure visit" which is used by many contractors.  With your completed request form, we will visit your home (exterior only) and carefully prepare a detailed proposal.  All proposals will break down each facet of the project and allow you to see how much service and value we offer.  When you are ready to discuss your project, simply give us a call and one of our Design Consultants will meet with you at your convenience.
 

• STEP 1
  Check home improvement projects for which you are interested in receiving a proposal.
   
• STEP 2
  Complete customer information boxes and include your email address if you wish to expedite your proposal.
   
• STEP 3
  Include all design details or product information that is not listed below. Include these remarks in the comments section.
   
• STEP 4
  Receive a detailed proposal within 5 business days via email or US Postal Service.
   
• STEP 5
  Review proposal, and contact the Design Consultant with any questions to schedule a follow-up appointment.
