"It's our favorite place to be"
"It's our favorite place to be"..... is our favorite thing to hear, from our customers, after they have had a chance to enjoy their 3 or 4 season porch.....or their new deck. You don't have to move. If you like your neighborhood, and you like your neighbors, but the house needs something more.....well then add something more. Adding a 3 or 4 season porch is one of the most popular and cost effective home improvements in the state of Minnesota. Most Minnesotans love to be connected to the outdoors as much as possible during any of our four seasons. The 3 or 4 season porch is the extention and connection into the back yard...it is the extra room to entertain family and friends without the bugs or the rain...it is the room that you can get away in, any time of the year, and not have to go anywhere.
This house got a new roof, new siding and a new front porch. Not only does it look great, but it works great too.
The homeowner loved this old porch on her house................but she in IN LOVE with it now.
This home had a really nice view of the Mississippi river off of their deck, a "so so" view from their bump out in the kitchen, and not a good from their living room......SO, we built a room off of their kitchen and the end of their deck to incorporate all three areas and now they have a SPECTACULAR view of the river and a SPECTACULAR room to view it from.
Rick and Donna are two of the nicest people I've ever met.... they wanted a 4 season porch on the back of their house....but they also wanted to be able to grill out and/or chill out on the back porch deck.... even if it's raining, or the sun was beating down.....SO.....we built them a room with a covered deck. We also installed new siding on their house and garage front, and new shingles on the house and garage....awesome people....awesome project....can hardly wait to see what their next project is. Thanks for the business Rick & Donna
Rickity old man with a Rickity old stair case to the lake.......time to build him his own "Stairway to Heaven" with a nice resting bench at mid hill.
The porch was only used for three seasons because of screens for windows. Popped the screen windows out and popped some new thermal white vinyl windows in...and now they use it year round.
Nice addition and the homeowner gave the interior kind of a "South Beach" finish.
Water was leaking through the existing flat roof of the bump out and they weren't getting the use out of the deck.....SO...tear off the flat roof and build a room....BAM...fixed both problems with one very nice little room.
Nice Deck....maintenance free decking with real cedar rails and aluminum splindles....very little up keep to keep the look.
Very nice extention of a room addition, and was able to incorporate the new deck in with the existing grade level deck platform area where a lot of the entertaining goes on.
An unorthodox design allowing for a landing at the top of staircase to meet code.....but with a little creativity and design expertise it suited the homeowners perfectly.
Very nice addition...looks like it's suppose to....like it was part of original design. In floor heat and a gas fire plcae keeps it nice and cozy all year round.
Extend the roof for added protection from the elements, and the potential for a screened in area...down the road.
A very nice and straight forward 3.5 season porch with a grilling deck.
Some new siding and a really nice 4-season room with a deck allowing these people to extend their home even further into their beautiful back yard, so as to, enjoy the view overlooking a small lake in their backyard.
This second level four season porch with stairs leading to first level maintenance free deck, offers the connectivity between the home and the backyard. It's unobstructed view through the glass rail system allows the home owner to enjoy the beautiful scenery from just about anywhere.
