This second level four season porch with stairs leading to first level maintenance free deck, offers the connectivity between the home and the backyard. It's unobstructed view through the glass rail system allows the home owner to enjoy the beautiful scenery from just about anywhere.
Looks like a fairly normal four season porch from the outside....but....once again, custom built, takes on a whole new meaning, when you see the inside.

This old sun room had an existing, code compliant, concrete slab we were able to build on. These customers really enjoy being in their back yard, and hanging out in their new sun room, or the hot tub..
A very straight forward, and common four season room addition, with a nice sized grillin' & chillin' deck.
We knocked down an outside wall, added ten feet to the end of the house, with full basement. The breakfast island, and expanded dining area, makes the kitchen a much easier room for family, and friends to gather. When our family gets together...we always have more than one cook in the kitchen.
This is a custom built 4 season porch with tongue and groove cedar walls and ceiling. For comfort year-round we installed slate tile with in-floor heat and a gas fire place.
Here is another way to enjoy the outdoors, without the mosquitoes and the sun. We utilized maintenance free decking and screens, while still keeping the warmth of the tongue and groove cedar ceiling.

This complete kitchen remodel included removing walls to enlarge the space, adding a center island and installing new, stained, maple cabinets and Formica counter tops.
Along with the slate backsplash, the granite counter tops compliment the custom maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen remodel is an example of where budget and beauty can come together.
To help this homeowner make their home more comfortable for entertaining, we removed a wall between the living room and the kitchen. As part of this complete kitchen renovation, we added more maple cabinets and a peninsula; all of which is accented by a glass tile back-splash with clear grout.
